Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% service cost. In order to provide optimal scheduling for all clients, we must enforce this cancellation policy.
Any no-show or cancellation same day will result in the fee equal to 80% charge of your service cost.
If we have to reschedule your appointment on our behalf, you will receive a 10% discount on your appointment. (Not a new appointment)
